Monday Sector Laggards: Non-Precious Metals & Non-Metallic Mining, Metals & Mining Stocks

In trading on Monday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.5%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Mechel (MTL), off about 27.6% and shares of Alderon Iron Ore Corp (AXX) off about 8.9% on the day.
